UnifyLoop
Use case · Speed to lead

Speed to lead software that replies before you do.

A lead is warmest in the first few minutes, and most teams answer when someone gets to it. UnifyLoop sends the first reply the moment a lead arrives, gives it an owner, and puts it in front of a rep to call. Follow-ups run on their own and stop when the lead replies.

The usual setup

Leads wait for a free hand. By then they’ve asked someone else.

01

Nobody owns it yet

A form lands in a shared inbox and everyone assumes someone else will take it.

02

The call comes too late

The rep sees the notification between meetings and calls hours later, if at all.

03

After hours, silence

Leads that arrive at night or on the weekend hear nothing until Monday.

How UnifyLoop does it
01

The first reply goes out on its own

Leads arrive from a form on your website or funnel, a booking page, an inbound email or a WhatsApp message. Each one starts an automation the moment it is created. The lead gets a first reply by email or an approved WhatsApp template within seconds, and gets an owner before anyone has read the notification. This is lead response automation in its plainest form: the reply doesn’t wait for a person to be free.

  • Assign the lead by taking turns, to whoever is least busy, or to one named person
  • Notify the owner in the app or by email, and create a call task for them
  • A form on another site can post to a private webhook to start the same automation
02

Then a person calls

Many speed to lead tools lead with text messages. UnifyLoop leads with the phone, because a real conversation is what turns a lead into a meeting. The new lead lands on the rep’s list in the built-in dialer, the call goes out from a local number, and the outcome is logged on the record. If the rep doesn’t get through, a follow-up sequence of emails and WhatsApp messages keeps going, and stops the moment the lead replies, since the inbox and the automation share one record.

  • Browser softphone and power dialer, no separate calling app
  • Local-presence caller ID, voicemail and call outcomes
  • Calling hours that block calls outside 8am to 9pm in the lead’s time zone
03

After hours, the lead still hears back

Leads don’t only arrive during office hours. At night the automation still sends an instant acknowledgement with a booking link, so the lead can pick a time on the right person’s calendar without waiting. A “wait until business hours” step holds the call task until morning, so the rep starts the day with the overnight leads at the top of the list. The general finding behind all of this is simple: the faster a lead hears back, the more likely they are to buy.

Questions

Speed to lead, in detail.

Something else? Ask a person. It won’t be a sales call.

What is speed to lead software?

Speed to lead software answers a new lead automatically and gets it to a salesperson fast. In UnifyLoop that means a first reply in seconds, an owner assigned straight away, and the lead placed in the rep’s dialer to call. Follow-ups run on their own until the lead replies.

Does UnifyLoop send SMS?

No, UnifyLoop does not send SMS today. SMS is coming soon, sent through your own Twilio account. For now the first reply goes out by email or WhatsApp, and the follow-up is a phone call from the built-in dialer.

How are new leads assigned?

By taking turns across a team, to whoever is least busy, or to one person you pick. Assignment is a step in the automation, so you can route different leads differently, for example by service or region, using the same filters as the rest of the CRM.

Can I reply to US leads on WhatsApp?

Yes, for conversations and replies. Since April 2025 Meta has paused delivery of WhatsApp marketing template messages to US (+1) numbers for every provider, so UnifyLoop does not promise WhatsApp marketing broadcasts to US contacts. Conversations, replies and utility messages work normally.

What happens to leads that come in after hours?

They get an instant acknowledgement with a booking link, so they can book a time on their own. A “wait until business hours” step then holds the call task until the morning, so a rep calls them first thing.
