Pricing

Three parts, all published.

A platform fee, a seat price, and metered usage — including the usage rates, which is the part most vendors leave off the page. Move the slider and see your actual total.

The model

Why it’s split into three.

A single per-seat price is simpler to advertise and worse to buy: it forces small teams to subsidise capability they use lightly, or heavy AI users to be subsidised by everyone else.

Platform fee

Per workspace. This is the capability — objects, filters, pipelines, inbox, automation, AI. It is worth roughly the same to a team of three as to a team of thirty, so it is not priced per head.

Seats

Per person who logs in and works records. Automations and AI are not seats — the platform doing work on your behalf never costs you a licence. Scoped client access under white-label is not a seat either.

Metered usage

AI credits and messaging, at the published rates below. These have a genuine marginal cost, so bundling them into a flat fee would mean either overcharging light users or losing money on heavy ones.

Metered usage

Every rate, on the page.

Usage is visible per feature in-product before it bills, and cappable per workspace. Nothing here is quoted on request.

FAQ

Pricing, answered.

Including the ones vendors usually avoid — why users are unlimited, why a new domain cannot send its full allowance on day one, and what happens to your data if you leave.

Are users really unlimited?

Yes, on every paid plan. Nothing about a login consumes the sending capacity or the reputation that our costs actually scale with, so charging for one would be charging for nothing. Invite your whole team, including part-time coordinators and anyone who only reads. What we do limit is how many emails a workspace sends each month, because that is the real constraint.

Do I need a sales call to see a price?

No. Every published plan and its allowances are on this page. Enterprise is the only one that requires a conversation, because it exists for requirements that are genuinely negotiated.

Can I send from my own domain?

That is the intended setup, on every plan including Free. You add your domain, we generate the DNS records, you publish them once, and we verify automatically — DKIM, SPF alignment, and DMARC included. You do not need an Amazon, SendGrid, or Mailgun account of your own.

Can I send my full monthly allowance on day one?

No, and no reputable platform can let you. A brand-new domain has no sending history, so mailbox providers treat a sudden surge as spam. We ramp a new domain up automatically — starting around 50 messages a day and roughly 1.6× every couple of days as you use it — which means the first month delivers less than the headline figure while the domain earns its reputation. The app shows today’s actual limit and what it becomes next. If your domain is already sending well elsewhere, tell us and we can lift the starting point immediately.

What happens if I hit my monthly limit?

Sending stops and everything else keeps working — you can still read, reply to conversations already in progress, and use the rest of the platform. You are told which limit you hit and when it resets, and you are warned before it happens rather than after.

What counts against the email allowance?

Recipients, not messages. One email to fifty people is fifty sends, because that is fifty deliveries and fifty chances to bounce — counting it as one would make any allowance meaningless.

How do I upgrade, and will I be charged automatically?

Request a plan in the app or email us. Nothing charges automatically: we confirm by email and set it up by hand, so you will never find a surprise line on a card. That also means you can ask for something between two plans if that is what you actually need.

Is there a free trial, and do you need a card?

The Free plan is not a trial — no card, and it does not expire. It includes 1,000 emails a month on your own verified domain, which is enough to run the platform properly rather than just look at it.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Change or cancel at any time, and your data exports in full via CSV or the API. We don’t hold data hostage as a retention tactic.

Start on Free. Move up when it pays for itself.

The Free plan is a plan, not a trial — no card, no expiry, and 1,000 emails a month from your own verified domain. Nothing ever bills automatically.
