The solar CRM that tracks every homeowner from first call to PTO.
A solar sale takes weeks of calls, a site survey, a proposal or two, and then months of permits and utility paperwork before the system is switched on. The solar pack will model sites, proposals, and projects so every homeowner sits at a clear stage, from the paid lead to PTO. It works alongside your design software, not instead of it.
Coming soonThe pack is in development. Everything it runs on is live today.

Objects with real relationships, a pipeline with real stages, and automations ready to run. Until the pack ships, custom objects and pipelines are live on every plan, so you can build these yourself today.
Three problems. The pack was shaped around them.
Paid leads go cold in minutes
Solar leads cost real money, and the homeowner often asked several installers at once. The first company to call usually gets the survey. An automation answers the lead the moment it arrives and puts it in a dialer list, so speed doesn’t depend on a rep being free.
A long sale with a lot of touches
Between the first call and a signed contract there is a survey, a proposal, a revision, a financing question, and a second decision maker. Each touch lives on the homeowner’s record, and follow-ups can wait weeks without anyone keeping a list. Nothing falls through because a rep went on vacation.
Silence after signing costs installs
Permits and utility approvals take weeks, and homeowners who hear nothing start to doubt the deal. With the project stage on a real record, every change can send an update and every stuck project shows up in a saved view. The homeowner hears from you before they think to call.
The pack is coming. The platform is here.
Here is what the shipped platform already does for solar installers and solar sales teams. Each module is live today, with a page of its own.
Automations the pack will ship.
Each one will be editable, with a step-by-step trace for every run. The automation builder they run on is live today.
How AI automations workInstant lead response
A new lead gets a first email the moment it arrives and drops into the rep’s dialer list, so the first call happens in minutes, not tomorrow.
Survey reminders
Confirmation on booking, a reminder the day before, and a task after the visit to log roof, shading, and usage on the Site record.
Proposal follow-up
A sent proposal starts a paced follow-up that stops the moment the homeowner replies or signs, and quiet proposals come back to the rep before they expire.
Project updates to PTO
When a Project moves (permit approved, install date set, PTO granted) the homeowner gets a plain update, and at PTO a review and referral request goes out.
Is UnifyLoop a solar design or proposal tool?
No. UnifyLoop isn’t a solar design tool: it doesn’t model roofs, size systems, or produce proposal documents, and it has no e-signature. Keep your design software, and record the system size, price, and savings on the Proposal record so the sale and follow-up live here.
Does it connect to lenders or utilities?
No. There are no financing or utility data integrations. You track financing type and status, interconnection status, and PTO date as fields, and filter or automate on them like any other field.
How do leads from lead vendors get in?
Today, through forms on your UnifyLoop website and funnel pages, booking pages, inbound calls, WhatsApp conversations, and CSV import with column mapping. There’s no public API yet and no direct connectors for solar lead vendors, so vendor leads come in by import for now.
Can I text homeowners?
Not yet. SMS is coming soon through your own Twilio account. Today you reach homeowners by phone with the built-in dialer, by email from your own domain, and on WhatsApp for those who use it.
Is there a mobile app for reps in the field?
Not yet. UnifyLoop runs in the web browser and there is no native mobile app, so reps log survey notes and outcomes from a browser.
