Unify Loop
AI-native Growth OS

One loop. Every revenue motion.

Records, conversations, campaigns, automation, and AI agents on one shared data layer — so the filter you write once works everywhere, and your AI inherits your permissions instead of working around them.

You don’t start from an empty workspace. Pick what you sell:

Properties, listings, buyers, and showings — modelled, not improvised out of Contacts and Deals.

Objects installed
  • Property address, price, beds/baths, status, listing agent, media
  • Listing list date, list price, days on market, source portal
  • Buyer budget range, must-haves, pre-approval status, timeline
  • Showing property, attendees, scheduled time, outcome, feedback
  • Offer amount, contingencies, submitted date, status
Buyer pipeline

Automations, already running
  • Instant lead response
  • Showing reminders
  • Listing-alert follow-up

Everything a pack installs is configuration, not code — rename it, delete it, rewire it. A blank workspace is available too.

The loop

Unify, understand, act, learn. Then do it again, better.

Most stacks break the loop between tools: the campaign doesn’t know what sales said, and automation doesn’t know what worked. One data layer closes it.

01
Unify

One record, every channel

Leads, conversations, campaigns, and deals stop living in four tools that disagree. Everything attaches to one record on one timeline.

02
Understand

Ask in plain language

Filter, segment, and question your data with one shared engine — so the answer on the dashboard matches the answer in the view.

03
Act

Automation that holds

Durable, versioned workflows and AI that can act inside limits you set. Runs survive restarts and edits instead of quietly dying.

04
Learn

Every outcome feeds back

What converted, what went quiet, what the AI got wrong. Recorded as events, so the next loop starts better informed than the last.

What makes it one system

Four decisions you feel every day.

None of these are features you'd shortlist on. All four are why the features work together six months in.

01 / Your data model

Model your business, not someone else’s

Define Properties, Candidates, Policies, or Retainers as real objects. Each one gets views, search, API access, imports, and AI support the moment it exists.

How your data model works
02 / One filter

One filter. Every surface.

A saved view, a campaign segment, an automation condition, a report, and a question you type at the AI are the same definition hitting the same engine.

How one filter works
03 / Automation

Automations that don’t silently die

Runs survive restarts. In-flight runs finish on the version they started on. Every run keeps a step-by-step trace, so “why did this happen?” has an answer.

How automation works
04 / AI

AI that inherits your permissions

Built on the same data and query layer as every screen — so it can’t see or do anything the signed-in user can’t. Every answer shows the filter it ran.

How AI works
Where we sit

Three things usually traded off. We refused to pick two.

Craft, without the blank slate

The flexibility of a modern data-model CRM, but you start from an installed industry pack instead of an empty workspace and a “create object” button.

Automation, without the fragility

A visual canvas like the automation-heavy tools, on an engine that versions in-flight runs and keeps a trace of every step — the part that decides whether you still trust it in month six.

Pricing, without the seat tax

Platform fee plus seats plus metered usage, all published. Adding a part-time coordinator costs a seat, not a plan upgrade, and you can see a price without a sales call.

Pricing

Platform, plus seats, plus what you use.

Published in full, including the usage rates. You can see a price without booking a call.

One flat fee
from $49/mo

Per workspace, not per seat. The capability — objects, filters, pipelines, inbox, AI — is worth the same to a team of three as to a team of thirty, so it is priced that way.

Unlimited users
included

Invite everyone, including the people who only read. A login consumes none of what our costs scale with, so charging for one would be charging for nothing.

What we do limit
50,000+ emails/mo

Email volume and verified sending domains — the two things that consume shared sending capacity. 1,000 – 500,000 / month by plan, always visible in-product before you reach it.

What exactly is a Growth OS?

One system for the whole revenue motion — records, conversations, campaigns, automation, reporting, and AI — running on a single shared data layer. The distinction that matters is not the feature list, which looks similar to a CRM plus a marketing tool. It is that these surfaces share one data model, one filter engine, and one automation engine, so work you do in one is reusable in the others.

Is this a CRM, or something else?

It includes a CRM, and if that is all you need it works as one. The difference is that the CRM is built on the same configurable object and query layer as the marketing and automation surfaces, rather than being a fixed core that other tools integrate against.

Do I have to configure everything myself?

No. Onboarding asks what your business sells and installs an industry pack — objects, fields, pipelines, and working automations already modelled. You customise from something functional. A blank workspace is available and is not the default.

How is this different from the automation-heavy tools?

Mostly the engine underneath the canvas. Durable step persistence, explicit versioning so in-flight runs finish on the version they started on, and a per-run trace. Those three determine whether your automations still behave predictably after six months of edits, and they are not visible in a demo.

Does it connect to my calendar?

Yes — Google Calendar and Google Meet, and Zoom. Each person connects their own account rather than the company sharing one login, which is what makes the calendar invitation arrive from the rep your prospect has been speaking to rather than from software they have never heard of. Their existing events block their bookable slots automatically, so a booking page cannot double-book someone who accepted an invitation somewhere else.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It exports in full, via CSV from any view or through the API. We do not restrict export as a retention tactic — and we do not use your workspace data to train models.

Can I migrate from my current CRM?

Yes, via CSV import with column mapping onto whichever objects you have defined, or through the API for anything more involved. Many teams start by running one automation alongside their existing CRM before moving the rest.

Start with a workspace that already knows your business.

Pick your industry, Unify Loop installs the pack, and you customise from something that already works. Free trial, no card, no mandatory call.
