UnifyLoop
Calling

Call from the record, not from a separate dialer.

Most teams run their calls in a dialer that knows nothing about the CRM, then paste the outcome back by hand. In UnifyLoop the dialer is part of the record: it calls the list your filter built, shows the rep what they need while the phone rings, and writes the outcome back before the next call starts.

A dialer that knows who it is calling

Start a session from any segment or list and work it in preview mode, where the next contact waits for you, or auto-dial, which each rep switches on for themselves. The contact’s record sits beside the call, the prospect’s local time is on screen, and a meeting can be booked on the rep’s own calendar without hanging up.

  • Browser softphone and click-to-call from any record
  • Preview and auto-dial sessions from a segment or list
  • Keyboard-driven outcomes: connected, no contact, not interested, bad data, or callback with a time
  • A wrap-up countdown before the next call, so notes get written

Numbers that look local, at cost

Buy US numbers by area code from inside the app at $1.15 a month each, paid from prepaid credit with no markup, or connect your own Twilio account and use the numbers you already have. Calls go out from a local number in your pool, and each rep keeps a steady calling number of their own.

  • Local-presence caller ID from the workspace’s number pool
  • Bring your own Twilio account and numbers instead
  • Optional calling hours that block calls outside 8am–9pm in the prospect’s timezone
  • Answering-machine detection

Inbound, transfers, and the numbers afterwards

Inbound calls ring the browser, the rep’s mobile, or both, with an incoming-call alert on screen, and each rep sets whether they are available. Unanswered calls go to a voicemail greeting you write. Every call lands on the record’s timeline, and “call completed” and “outcome logged” are automation triggers like any other event.

  • Hold, mute, and warm or cold transfer
  • Voicemail greetings and voicemail recording
  • Call reports: dials, connects, talk time, outcomes, per rep and per hour
  • Call recording with a consent announcement and a retention period
  • Call transcripts, saved to the record
  • Call summaries Coming soon
Questions

Calling, in detail.

Something else? Ask a person. It won’t be a sales call.

Do I need my own Twilio account?

No. You can buy numbers from us, paid from prepaid credit at cost: $1.15 a month per number. If you already have a Twilio account, connect it and use your existing numbers instead.

Which plans include calling?

Every paid plan. Starter includes 500 minutes a month and 3 dialer seats, Growth 2,000 minutes and 10 seats, and Scale 6,000 minutes and 25 seats. CRM users stay unlimited; a dialer seat is only needed by the people who make calls. The Free plan doesn’t include calling.

Does auto-dial start calling on its own?

Only for a rep who has switched it on for themselves. Until then the dialer shows the next contact and waits for the rep to call.

Can it stop reps calling at bad times?

Yes. Turn on calling hours and calls outside 8am–9pm in the prospect’s own timezone are blocked, with the reason shown to the rep instead of a silent failure.
