The Kommo alternative with calling, email and a website built in.
If you picked Kommo for WhatsApp and now pay for separate calling, email and website tools around it, switching is worth a look; if you sell mostly through Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp chat and lean on Salesbot, stay on Kommo. Kommo lists $25 to $45 per user a month, prepaid six months at a time, with calling and email campaigns left to other apps. UnifyLoop is $49 a month for any number of users, billed monthly, with WhatsApp, calling, email campaigns and a website in one place.

When Kommo is the right call
Kommo is the stronger choice when chat is how you sell:
- You sell through Instagram, Messenger, Telegram or TikTok DMs as well as WhatsApp
- You want no-code Salesbots and AI agents answering chats for you
- Your team works from phones and needs iOS and Android apps
- You need a public API, or Gmail and Outlook mailbox sync
When UnifyLoop is the right call
UnifyLoop is the stronger choice when WhatsApp is one channel of several:
- Built-in calling: 500 minutes, a power dialer, recording and transcripts on Starter
- Email campaigns from your own domain, 50,000 emails a month on Starter
- A website, funnels and Stripe checkout without another tool
- $49 a month for any team size, billed monthly, cancel any time

Where Kommo genuinely wins
Kommo is a messaging specialist, and its chat tools go further than UnifyLoop’s. It runs WhatsApp on Meta’s official Cloud API with no Kommo markup, and adds Instagram DMs and comments, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and Telegram in the same inbox. Salesbots and AI agents can answer chats and hand off to your staff, and there are iOS and Android apps, a public API and Gmail or Outlook sync on every plan. UnifyLoop has WhatsApp and email only, no mobile app and no public API, so if those matter to you, weigh them honestly.
The real cost: per user, six months up front
Kommo charges per user, every user must be on the same plan, and there is no monthly billing: the shortest term is six months, paid up front. The cheapest plan, Base, now has no Salesbot, workflow automation, broadcasting or AI agent, so most teams that want automation need Advanced. Calling, SMS and bulk email then come from other apps with their own bills. Here is a team of 5 over six months, using Kommo’s USD list prices on 2026-10-20:
- Kommo Advanced: 5 users × $35 × 6 months = $1,050, paid up front, before any calling or email tool
- Kommo Base: 5 users × $25 × 6 months = $750, without Salesbot, automation or the AI agent
- UnifyLoop Starter: $49 × 6 months = $294, paid monthly, with 500 calling minutes and 50,000 emails included
- Both: Meta bills WhatsApp message fees to you directly, with no markup
What switching from Kommo involves
Check your Kommo renewal date first: a term can’t be shortened once bought, and Kommo does not refund unused time except in special cases, so plan to switch at the end of your paid period. Bring your contacts and leads across as CSV files and import them with column mapping, then use the duplicates screen to clean up. Move your WhatsApp number by connecting it to your own Meta app in UnifyLoop, and your approved message templates sync once it is connected. Salesbots don’t transfer, so rebuild the ones that matter by describing them in plain English, or start from 30+ ready-made follow-up automations.
Moving from Kommo, step by step.
Records come across by CSV with column mapping. Automations are rebuilt rather than translated, which makes the move a good moment to keep only the ones that earn their place.
- 01
Export from Kommo
Export your records from Kommo to CSV, one file per kind of record.
- 02
Set up your objects
Contacts, companies, and leads are already there. Add any custom objects and fields first, so every column has somewhere to land.
- 03
Import and merge
Import each file with column mapping, then clear likely matches on the duplicates screen before your team starts work.
- 04
Rebuild what matters
Automations don’t transfer mechanically. Rebuild the few you rely on, or describe them in words and review the workflow AI drafts.

Is UnifyLoop cheaper than Kommo?
Yes, for a team of two or more: UnifyLoop Starter is $49 a month for any number of users, while Kommo lists $25 to $45 per user a month. On Kommo’s USD list prices checked 2026-10-20, a team of 5 on Advanced pays $175 a month (5 × $35), prepaid as $1,050 for six months, before adding a calling or email tool. The same team pays $49 a month on UnifyLoop, or $294 over six months, with calling minutes and emails included. Kommo has charged new customers regional prices for Base and Advanced since 2026-09-01, so check the live price for your country.
What does Kommo have that UnifyLoop doesn’t?
Kommo has Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok and Telegram chats, no-code Salesbots and AI agents that reply to chats, iOS and Android apps, a public API and Gmail or Outlook sync. It also connects to SMS through Twilio or RingCentral. UnifyLoop has none of these today; SMS through your own Twilio account is coming soon.
Can I move my data from Kommo to UnifyLoop?
Yes: contacts and leads come across as CSV files, imported with column mapping and a duplicates screen. Your WhatsApp number connects to UnifyLoop through your own Meta app, and approved templates sync once it is connected. Salesbots need to be rebuilt, which you do by describing them in plain English and reviewing them before they run.
Does Kommo offer monthly billing?
No: Kommo’s minimum subscription is six months, paid up front, with discounts for 9, 12 and 24-month terms. A term can’t be shortened once bought, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period with no refund for unused time except in special cases. UnifyLoop is billed monthly only, with no contract, and you can cancel any time.
Can I send WhatsApp marketing broadcasts to US customers?
Not right now, on Kommo, UnifyLoop or any other provider: Meta has paused delivery of WhatsApp marketing template messages to US (+1) numbers since April 2025. Conversations, replies and utility messages such as reminders and order updates still work. For US promotions, email campaigns are the dependable channel, and UnifyLoop includes them on every plan.
Does Kommo have built-in calling and email campaigns?
No: Kommo runs calls through third-party VoIP apps such as Twilio, RingCentral or CloudTalk, and has no native bulk email, only two-way mailbox sync, templates and triggered emails. Those apps bill separately from your Kommo plan. UnifyLoop includes a browser softphone, power dialer, recording and transcripts, plus email campaigns from your own domain, in the $49 Starter plan.
