A cheaper Keap alternative for coaches and service businesses.
If you are paying Keap $249 to $299 a month mostly for email, booking, pipelines and automation, switching will likely save you money; if texting from a business line and a mobile app run your day, stay on Keap for now. Keap’s single plan includes 2 users and 1,500 contacts, adds $39 a month per extra user, and requires a $500 onboarding package. UnifyLoop starts at $49 a month for any number of users, with no onboarding fee and no contract.

When Keap is the right call
Keap is the stronger choice when you rely on what it has built up:
- You text clients from a US business line, with 500 texts a month included
- You run your business from a mobile app on iOS or Android
- You need a public API, or Gmail and Outlook email and calendar sync
- You bill clients with Keap Pay invoices, quotes and recurring payments
When UnifyLoop is the right call
UnifyLoop is the stronger choice when the bill is the problem:
- $49 a month for any number of users, against $299 for 2 users on Keap
- No onboarding fee, no annual contract and no fee to leave
- A website builder, blog and WhatsApp inbox, none of which Keap offers
- Custom objects on every plan, where Keap has custom fields only

Where Keap genuinely wins
Keap has been doing small-business automation for a long time, and its visual automation builder and template library show it. Its plan includes a US business phone line with texting, a mobile app, a public API, and Gmail and Outlook sync, and UnifyLoop has none of those today. Keap also handles more of the money side: invoices, quotes, recurring payments and card-expiry reminders through Keap Pay, Stripe or PayPal. Every account gets a dedicated Customer Success Manager and US-based phone support, which some owners value more than a lower price.
The real cost: $299 for 2 users, versus $49 for everyone
Keap’s price starts high and grows with each person and each block of contacts, while UnifyLoop is one flat fee with unlimited users on every paid plan. Here is the first year for a team of 5, using Keap’s list prices checked on 2026-10-20:
- Keap, billed monthly: ($299 + 3 extra users × $39) × 12 = $4,992, plus $500 onboarding = $5,492 in year one
- Keap for just 2 users, billed annually: $2,988 + $500 onboarding = $3,488 in year one
- UnifyLoop Starter: $49 × 12 = $588, with 500 calling minutes and 50,000 emails included
- Keap includes 1,500 contacts and 500 texts a month; more contacts cost more, and UnifyLoop has no SMS yet
What switching from Keap involves
Check your contract first: leaving an annual Keap plan early costs $299, and Keap asks you to cancel by phone at least 10 days before your next invoice. Export your contacts and deals as CSV files, import them into UnifyLoop with column mapping, and use the duplicates screen to clean up. Keap campaigns don’t transfer, so rebuild the few that matter by describing them in plain English, or start from 30+ ready-made follow-up automations. If clients pay you on a recurring plan through Keap Pay, plan how they will move before you cancel, because UnifyLoop takes payments through your own Stripe account.
Moving from Keap, step by step.
Records come across by CSV with column mapping. Automations are rebuilt rather than translated, which makes the move a good moment to keep only the ones that earn their place.

Is UnifyLoop cheaper than Keap?
Yes: UnifyLoop Starter is $49 a month for any number of users, while Keap is $299 a month ($249 billed annually) for 2 users plus a required $500 onboarding package. On list prices checked 2026-10-20, a team of 5 on Keap pays $416 a month billed monthly ($299 + 3 extra users × $39), or $5,492 in the first year with onboarding. The same team pays $588 a year on UnifyLoop Starter ($49 × 12).
What does Keap have that UnifyLoop doesn’t?
Keap has texting (SMS) from a US business line, a mobile app, a public API, Gmail and Outlook sync, and invoices and recurring billing through Keap Pay. UnifyLoop has none of these today; SMS through your own Twilio account is coming soon. Keap also includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager and US phone support.
Can I move my data from Keap to UnifyLoop?
Yes: contacts, companies and deals come across as CSV files, imported with column mapping and a duplicates screen. Keap campaigns and automations need to be rebuilt, which you do by describing them in plain English and reviewing them before they run. Landing pages are rebuilt in UnifyLoop’s AI website builder and funnels by describing your business.
Is UnifyLoop a good Infusionsoft alternative?
Yes, if you are still on an old Infusionsoft or legacy Keap edition mainly for email, pipelines, booking and automation. Keap still supports legacy editions such as Pro, Max, Ultimate and Max Classic for existing accounts. UnifyLoop covers those jobs at $49 a month, but it has no SMS, mobile app or public API, so check those first.
Do I have to pay an onboarding fee or sign a contract with UnifyLoop?
No: UnifyLoop has no onboarding fee, no contract and no fee to leave, and you can cancel any time. Keap requires a one-time $500 implementation package and charges $299 to end an annual contract early. Upgrades on UnifyLoop are confirmed by email and set up by hand, so nothing charges your card automatically.
Can I still take payments and bookings like I do in Keap?
Yes for bookings and checkout, partly for billing: UnifyLoop has booking pages with Google Calendar two-way sync and funnels that take payments into your own Stripe account. Funnels include order bumps, one-click upsells and abandoned-checkout follow-up. Keap goes further on billing, with invoices, quotes, Keap Pay and paid appointments.
