A CRM with unlimited users, at one flat price.
Per-seat pricing charges you for every hire, every part-timer and every person who only needs to look. UnifyLoop charges one flat fee per workspace instead, with unlimited users on every paid plan. Add the whole team and the bill stays the same.
- Users on paid plans
- Unlimited
- Paid plans
- $49, $99 or $249 a month
- Free plan
- Up to 3 users, no card
- Counted per person
- Dialer seats only
Every login has a price. So teams stop adding people.
Each hire raises the bill
A new rep costs a salary and a CRM seat. The second cost arrives before they close anything.
Occasional users get left out
The owner who checks once a week or the bookkeeper who needs one deal value is not worth a full seat, so they ask someone instead.
Shared logins and side lists
People share a login or keep their own spreadsheet, and the CRM stops being the full record.
What per-seat pricing really charges for
Most CRMs price per user, per month. That sounds fair until you count who needs access. Reps need it, but so do the owner, the office manager, the part-timer who books appointments, the seasonal hire and the bookkeeper who checks what closed. On a per-seat plan each of them is a monthly cost, so teams quietly ration access. UnifyLoop is a CRM without per-user pricing: one fee covers the workspace, and anyone who touches a customer can have a login.
- Paid plans are $49, $99 and $249 a month per workspace, with unlimited users on all three
- The Free plan has up to 3 users, with no card needed
- Plans differ by email volume, calling minutes, dialer seats and sending domains, not by headcount
A team of 8, priced out
Here is a team of 8 on three per-seat CRMs, using each vendor’s published US list price as of 2026-10-20. The plans don’t have the same features, so this shows how the bill moves with headcount, not a feature match. On UnifyLoop the same 8 people cost $49 a month on Starter, or $99 a month on Growth if all 8 make calls, since Growth includes 10 dialer seats. Hire a ninth person and the per-seat bills go up by one more seat. The UnifyLoop bill does not change.
- Pipedrive Growth: $49 per seat billed monthly ($39 billed annually), so 8 × $49 = $392 a month
- Zoho CRM Professional: $35 per user billed monthly ($23 billed annually), so 8 × $35 = $280 a month
- HubSpot Sales Hub Starter: $20 per seat at list price, so 8 × $20 = $160 a month
- UnifyLoop: $49 a month on Starter or $99 a month on Growth, billed monthly, for any number of users
The one thing we count per person: dialer seats
Flat rate CRM pricing has one honest exception. A dialer seat is counted per person, because each one is a live phone line with calling minutes behind it, and that has a real cost. Starter includes 3 dialer seats, Growth 10 and Scale 25. Everyone else in the CRM, including people who read call notes or listen to recordings, needs no seat at all. Phone numbers are $1.15 a month each from prepaid credit, or you can bring your own Twilio account.
Five modules. One record.
Each one is a page of its own. Here is what it does for this job, all on the same contact records.
Does UnifyLoop really have unlimited users?
Yes, every paid plan (Starter at $49, Growth at $99 and Scale at $249 a month) includes unlimited users. The Free plan allows up to 3 users. The price is one flat fee per workspace, so adding a person never changes the bill.
Why are dialer seats counted per person?
Because each dialer seat is a phone line with calling minutes behind it, and that costs money per person. Starter includes 3 dialer seats, Growth 10 and Scale 25. Only people who make calls need one; everyone else uses the CRM with no seat.
Is GoHighLevel also a CRM with unlimited users?
Yes, GoHighLevel also includes unlimited users, priced flat per agency account at $97, $297 or $497 a month (as of 2026-10-20), with phone, email, WhatsApp and AI billed by usage on top. UnifyLoop starts at $49 a month, has a free plan, and is set up for one business rather than an agency with client accounts. GoHighLevel has things UnifyLoop doesn’t, such as SMS, a mobile app and a public API.
What isn’t included in the flat fee?
Phone numbers, which are $1.15 a month each from prepaid credit unless you bring your own Twilio account. WhatsApp message charges go straight to Meta through your own Meta app, with no markup from us. Each plan also has an email and calling minute allowance, and upgrades are confirmed by email rather than charged to a card automatically.
Is there a contract or an annual plan?
No, billing is monthly only, with no contract and no onboarding fee. You can cancel any time and export all your data as CSV. There is no annual plan yet.
