Industry pack · Agencies

Run new business and client delivery in one system.

Agencies usually run a CRM for new business, a project tool for delivery, and a spreadsheet for retainer burn, then spend Monday reconciling them. This pack will model the client relationship end to end, so the pitch, the retainer, and the work are the same records.

Coming soonThe pack is in development. Everything it runs on is live today.

Why we’re building it for agencies and professional services firms

Three problems. The pack was shaped around them.

01

One record from pitch to renewal

When new business and delivery live in different tools, the person renewing a client can’t see what was promised in the pitch, and the person delivering can’t see what’s being sold next. Here they’re the same client record: the proposal, the retainer, the deliverables, and every conversation on one timeline.

02

Retainer burn visible before the invoice argument

Over-servicing is the quiet killer of agency margin, and it’s almost always discovered a month late. Because hours-used is a field on a live record, you can filter for retainers trending over and have the scope conversation while it’s still a conversation.

03

Every client conversation, on the client

Client emails and WhatsApp messages land on the client record and are assigned to the account lead, so nobody asks in Slack who replied last. The person renewing the account reads the same thread the person delivering it wrote.

Planned automations

Automations the pack will ship.

Each one will be editable, with a step-by-step trace for every run. The automation builder they run on is live today.

How AI automations work
01Coming soon

Enquiry triage

Inbound enquiries get an immediate acknowledgement, are scored against your ideal-client criteria, and route to the right lead rather than an inbox nobody owns.

02Coming soon

Proposal follow-up

A sent proposal starts a polite, escalating follow-up sequence that stops the moment they reply, so nobody has to decide whether it’s too soon to chase.

03Coming soon

Retainer burn alerts

When a retainer crosses 80% of included hours mid-month, the account lead is told while there’s still time to have the conversation.

04Coming soon

Renewal runway

Ninety days before a contract end date, a renewal opportunity is created and the account owner gets a task with the client’s health and delivery history attached.

Questions

Agencies, answered.

Something else? Ask a person. It won’t be a sales call.

Can I give clients their own login?

Not yet. Scoped client logins and white-label branding are on the roadmap but not built. Today the workspace is for your own team.

Does this replace my project management tool?

For deliverable tracking, approvals, and retainer visibility, usually yes. For deep task-level production management, teams often keep their existing tool alongside, with the client record as the source of truth for commercial data.

Can I track profitability per client?

You can track retainer value and hours used as fields, then filter and segment on both: “retainers with more than 40 hours used this month” is a saved view.

We sell several service lines with different sales cycles. Does that work?

Yes, with multiple pipelines on the same object. A three-week performance-media deal and a six-month rebrand can each keep their own stages, and each board shows its own weighted forecast.
