Industry pack · Real estate

A real estate CRM that already knows what a showing is.

Generic CRMs make you store a property as a Deal and a showing as a Task, then wonder why reporting is meaningless. The real estate pack will ship the objects, pipeline, and follow-up automations already modelled, so your first day is customising rather than constructing.

Coming soonThe pack is in development. Everything it runs on is live today.

Why we’re building it for real estate teams and brokerages

Three problems. The pack was shaped around them.

01

Speed-to-lead is a systems problem, not a discipline problem

Whoever replies first usually wins the client, and no human replies at 2 a.m. or during a showing. Telling agents to be faster doesn’t work; the fix is that first response stops depending on a person being free. An automation sends the first message the moment a lead arrives, and the lead drops into a dialer list with its score attached, so the first call goes to the lead most worth calling.

02

Portal-neutral, so your data stays yours

We don’t own a listing portal, so we’re not competing with you for your clients and we don’t resell your data. Your leads and relationships are yours. That’s a structural fact about our business model, not a policy we could quietly revise.

03

Compliance you don’t have to remember

Opt-in and opt-out are enforced at the send layer, and the dialer can block calls outside 8am–9pm in the lead’s own timezone. The rule lives in the platform, not in the agent’s memory.

Planned automations

Automations the pack will ship.

Each one will be editable, with a step-by-step trace for every run. The automation builder they run on is live today.

How AI automations work
01Coming soon

Instant lead response

A new lead gets a first email the moment it arrives, or a WhatsApp message as soon as their local quiet hours allow, and lands in the agent’s dialer list so the first call happens in minutes.

02Coming soon

Showing reminders

Confirmation on booking, reminder the day before, and a feedback request after, with the outcome written back onto the Showing record.

03Coming soon

Offer deadline watch

An Offer with no decision two days after it was submitted creates a chase task for the agent, so a quiet seller’s agent never becomes a lost deal.

04Coming soon

Cold-lead revival

Buyers with no activity for 30 days re-enter a light-touch sequence instead of sitting in the database forever.

Questions

Real estate, answered.

Something else? Ask a person. It won’t be a sales call.

Which lead sources can you capture?

Today: forms on your UnifyLoop website and funnel pages, inbound email and WhatsApp conversations, inbound calls, your booking pages, and CSV import. A form on another site can post to a private webhook that starts an automation. Direct connectors for listing portals aren’t built yet, so portal leads arrive by email or import for now.

Does the AI talk to my leads?

No. The AI summarises conversations and drafts replies for you to edit and send; it never messages a lead by itself. Every conversation stays in your hands.

Can a brokerage manage multiple teams and control who sees what?

Yes. Visibility is set by role and enforced in the query engine: agents see their own records, team leads see their team’s, and the broker sees everything, all from the same views and dashboard.

Can I keep using my current CRM while I try this?

Yes. You can start with one follow-up automation running alongside your existing CRM, then migrate the rest once you trust it. Import is CSV-based with column mapping.
