Campaigns that share the CRM’s brain.

The reason marketing and sales disagree about the numbers is usually that they’re looking at two databases. Campaigns here run on the same records, the same fields, and the same filters as everything else, so an audience is a live segment, not a CSV someone exported on Tuesday.

Audiences are live definitions, not exports

A segment is a filter that keeps itself current as records change. When you launch a campaign, it takes the segment as it stands at that moment, applies any exclusion segments, and removes anyone suppressed, unsubscribed, bounced, or duplicated. Nobody exports a list, nobody re-uploads it a week later, and there is no separate marketing contact table to reconcile against the CRM at quarter end.

Written like email, checked before it goes

Write in the simple editor or paste your own HTML, or start from a saved template. Merge fields pull from the contact’s record with a fallback for empty values (as in {{record.first_name | "there"}}), and the preview renders as a real recipient, so you see what they will see before a test send goes to you.

  • Send now or schedule for later; pause, resume, or cancel mid-send
  • Sends paced by your domain’s warm-up and your plan’s allowance
  • Sends recorded on the contact timeline next to sales activity
  • Delivered, opened, clicked, replied, bounced, unsubscribed, and complained, tracked per recipient

Deliverability handled, not left as homework

Campaigns send from your own verified domain on our infrastructure, with DKIM, SPF alignment, and DMARC set up as part of verification. A new domain warms up automatically, open and click tracking run on a tracking hostname of your own, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Bounces and complaints suppress the address for every future send.

Questions

Campaigns, in detail.

Something else? Ask a person. It won’t be a sales call.

Do marketing and sales see the same contact record?

Yes. There is one record. That’s the entire point of building campaigns on the CRM’s data layer rather than beside it.

Can a campaign reach people who qualify after it launches?

A campaign takes its audience at launch. For a message that should reach people as they qualify, use an automation triggered by “entered segment”. It runs for each new person who matches, on the same durable engine as every other workflow.

How are unsubscribes handled?

An unsubscribe applies to the address, not the campaign. Every later campaign, automation, and one-off email to them is blocked, and it’s visible on the record.

Can I A/B test?

Not inside an email. A campaign sends one version of its message. A/B tests run on your website and funnel pages instead. If split-testing email is central to how you work, test us against your current tool before switching.
